A Training & Operations Coordinator position has opened at our multinational client’s Budapest office. The company is a leading player in the IT security and software space, operating in a dynamic, international environment.
This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, structured environment and enjoys working with multiple stakeholders across training, operations, finance, and sales.
As a Training & Operations Coordinator, you will:
Training coordination & administration
- Coordinate training schedules with trainers, customers, and partners
- Manage training requests, create orders, and handle related administration
- Maintain training calendars and support LMS activities (e.g. Litmos, certifications)
- Set up and support virtual training environments (e.g. Skytap)
Resource management
- Schedule and allocate internal and external resources
- Manage work assignments and support contractor onboarding/offboarding
- Provide administrative support for external resources (timesheets, invoicing, access)
Project & financial operations
- Support billing processes, invoice requests, and vendor invoice approvals
- Liaise with finance (AP/AR) and assist with invoicing queries
- Help resolve billing and budget-related issues
Sales & operations support
- Create opportunities and quotes in Salesforce (SFDC)
- Support SOW/SOF preparation and approval processes
- Collaborate with Project Managers on project updates, changes, and order processing
What you will need to succeed
- Experience in training coordination, operations, project support, or similar roles
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Learning Management Systems, Salesforce, Project or resource management tools.
- Understanding of billing, invoicing, and financial processes (AP/AR)
- Fluent English language skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment
