Your Responsibilities
  • Process training purchase transactions.
  • Create and manage training orders.
  • Address customer enquiries related to Training and Certifications, positioning courses, and learning paths.
  • Handle help desk tickets submitted by learners regarding course purchases, registration, certification, and class experience.
  • Enrol customers on a global schedule of training courses.
  • Assist learners with front-end technical issues.
Qualifications for Success

  • Customer service experience supports internal and external corporate processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
  • Flexibility to support European time zones.
  • Ability to make decisions following established processes and policies.
  • Proactive self-starter with excellent organisational skills.
