TPM Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a TPM Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our maintenance systems and contribute to our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities:
Developing TPM Systems:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) systems.
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for equipment maintenance, breakdowns, and repairs.
- Foster a culture of preventive maintenance and continuous improvement.
Strategic Planning:
- Work closely with the Head of Department to align TPM strategies with organisational goals.
- Develop long-term TPM plans, including preventive and periodic maintenance schedules.
- Identify critical assets and prioritise maintenance efforts.
Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor equipment performance metrics, downtime, and reliability.
- Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Implement corrective actions to minimise downtime and enhance efficiency.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings to address maintenance challenges.
- Drive a culture of teamwork and accountability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in TPM implementation and maintenance systems development.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Certification in TPM or related methodologies is a plus.
