We are seeking a Strategic Purchaser with a focus on mechanical components. The successful candidate will be responsible for complex procurement tasks related to investments, projects, product launches, and non-production materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and track technical discussions with suppliers.
• Provide active procurement support during the project preparation phase.
• Manage the entire procurement process (demand management, request for proposal, price negotiations, price mirror, preparation of procurement decision materials, data compilation for contracts).
• Ensure budget compliance, perform calculations, and generate reports.
• Perform background processes, tasks, and administrative activities related to procurement in the enterprise resource planning system.
• Track orders and collaborate effectively with departments and partners.
• Participate in efficiency improvement projects in the area.
• Continuously monitor and serve emerging procurement needs (investment, raw material, auxiliary material, service).
• Develop procurement strategies and conduct price negotiations.

Qualifications:

• University degree in engineering and/or economics.
• Active, negotiable English and/or German language skills.
• At least 2 years of experience in strategic procurement or project management, tendering, contract and framework agreement conclusion in a medium or large enterprise environment.
• User-level MS Office knowledge.
• Excellent work organization and communication skills, analytical thinking, and resilience.
• “B” category driving license.
