Your new role

• Engage in requirement analysis, high-level planning, and estimation

• Advocate for proper analysis and resolution of non-functional requirements, such as availability, scalability, etc.

• Assist Product Management in cost-benefit analysis. Avoid excessive technical debt

• Test solutions, focus on automation, and maintain technical docs

• Create and maintain technical documentation

• Participate in test reviews and community-driven decision-making

• Maintain testing guidelines and influence the technical roadmap

• Mentor intermediate engineers

• Contribute to the product's development, design, and delivery

• Work on a successful, user-focused application with a large user base

What you'll need to succeed

• Automation experience with Java and Selenium

• Experience with GitLab CI

• Design complex test cases for API and end-to-end automation

• Experience with Continuous Integration (CI) tools

• Strong understanding of QA methodologies and a passion for software quality

• Familiarity with the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and identifying areas for process improvement

• Proficient with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence), TestRail, and GitLab

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Balances the big picture with attention to detail

• Efficient in completing complex tasks

• Excellent problem-solving skills
  
  It's great, but not required:

• Experience with distributed systems

• Experience with Swift

• Frontend development experience with the following technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript
