As a Talent Acquisition Specialist specializing in technology recruitment, you’ll play a crucial role in sourcing and selecting top talent for our organization. Your mission is to find candidates who align with our company’s future goals and possess the skills needed to thrive in the tech industry.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
- Analyze the company’s hiring requirements and anticipate future talent needs
- Utilize various channels (such as social platforms and professional networks) to source potential candidates.
- Manage the screening process, including resume reviews and interviews
- Establish and manage strong cooperation with key stakeholders and hiring managers
- Strong cooperation with the global TA team
- Cooperate with outside agencies
What makes you successful
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
- At least 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, especially within the technology sector
- Full cycle recruitment experience from a larger organization
- Fluency in English and Hungarian
- Familiarity with sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends
- Ability to manage multiple, shifting priorities in a high-demand, fast-paced environment and prioritize
