Project Overview
•Client: a globally recognized enterprise with mature finance and controlling processes
•Project stage: New (greenfield)
•Start date: April/May – ASAP
•End date: 30 April 2027 (possible extension)
•Location: Fully remote

Your new responsibilities
•Act as a key SAP CO Consultant in S/4HANA projects, with a strong hands-on focus.
•Lead and facilitate Fit/Gap workshops with business stakeholders.
•Design, configure, and implement SAP CO solutions within S/4HANA environments.
•Work extensively with SAP CO modules, including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Product Costing.
•Implement and support Margin Analysis (CO PA) in S/4HANA.
•Support and design Transfer Pricing processes and intercompany flows.
•Ensure seamless FI CO integration and manage cross functional dependencies.
•Lead functional topics and coordinate the work of a small functional team.
•Communicate effectively with stakeholders and ensure alignment between business and IT.

What you'll need to succeed
•Strong hands-on experience as an SAP CO Consultant, preferably in S/4HANA projects.
•Proven experience in leading Fit/Gap workshops with clients.
•Deep expertise in SAP CO components:
Cost Center Accounting
Profit Center Accounting
Internal Orders
Product Costing
•Solid experience with Margin Analysis (CO PA) in S/4HANA.
•Experience with Transfer Pricing and intercompany processes.
•Strong process design and SAP CO configuration skills in S/4HANA.
•Ability to take ownership of functional topics and guide a small team.
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
•Good understanding of FI CO integration and end to end business processes.
•Fluent English.

Nice to Have
•SAP CO and/or S/4HANA Finance certification.
•Previous experience as a team lead in international SAP projects.
•Experience in greenfield S/4HANA implementations.
