We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Assistant for our pharmaceutical partner company.

Your responsibilities

Support of marketing activities:

• Marketing budget management (invoice management, updating monthly monitoring of the budgeted A&P cost
• Manage brand related projects based on Product Manager instructions (translations, creating presentations, coordinating products)
• Active involvement in the participation of the professional events – supporting the Product manager in the preparation of these events
• Follow and maintain the stock of the promo materials
• Create monthly market reports
• Create ad hoc market reports / analyses based on request from BUM, PM
• Taking care of Brand launch / re-launch related tasks (collecting data for listings, preparation of launch support materials)
  Rx sales team management support:
• Active involvement in the organization of the professional events
• Support the work of the Rx Sales team (managers and sales representatives)
  Administrative support of the BUM and PMs

What you need to succeed

• Proficient English knowledge (both written and oral communication)
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
• Enthusiastic, eager-to-learn attitude
• Marketing degree and experience in similar role are advantages
