Your new role

• Maintain rigorous compliance with FDA 21 CFR 820 regulations.
• Establish uniform standards for production, quality, and customer service.
• Proactively detect risks, emphasising root cause analysis and preventative measures.
• Conduct comprehensive quality audits internally and externally, and prepare in-depth reports on the outcomes.
• Foster a robust team dynamic through targeted coaching, mentorship, specialised training, and performance assessments.

What you'll need to succeed

• Familiarity and hands-on experience with FDA 21 CFR 820 or ISO 13485 standards.
• Experience in the Medical Device industry and/or with creating quality systems in this field.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Proficient in quality assurance processes, utilising various methodologies and tools.
• Exceptional analytical abilities and adept at solving complex problems.
• Fluency in English and Hungarian, with outstanding communication capabilities.
• Capable of both autonomous and team-oriented work.
