An Office Manager position opened at our multinational client's Budapest office. They build enterprise cloud technology that powers the biggest names in the pharmaceutical, consumer goods, chemical & cosmetics industries. Their technology has transformed these industries, enabling them to get critical products and services to market faster.
As an Office Manager you will:
- Ensure a clean, well-stocked office.
- Manage health and safety protocols.
- Oversee food/drinks and supplies ordering.
- Provide a welcoming reception experience.
- Support new hire onboarding.
- Address employee and visitor requests.
- Handle the office ticketing system.
- Oversee preventative maintenance and small projects.
- Maintain space plans and coordinate personnel moves.
- Manage furniture, fixtures, and equipment purchases.
- Coordinate logistical details for onsite events.
- Plan regular gatherings and annual employee events.
- Foster a positive work environment through gatherings and events.
What you will need to succeed:
- At least three years of experience in office or facilities management;
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills;
- Self-starter mentality; and an optimistic, can-do attitude.
- Able to function in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in budget management and in project management,
- Ability to accurately balance various responsibilities,
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) as well as general computer abilities,
- Strong language skills in Hungarian and English.
