As a Junior Onboarding Implementation Analyst, your main tasks are:
- Collaborate with various teams to oversee the onboarding process. Clearly articulate the key milestones for implementing new onboardings or effecting desired changes.
- Manage administrative tasks related to onboarding activities, including reviewing agreement schedules.
- Execute critical control functions, such as obtaining sign-offs from key stakeholders before new onboardings or changes take effect.
- Foster strong relationships across the organization by actively listening to our internal stakeholders and collaborating to achieve the firm’s goals.
You are the ideal candidate for this position if you have:
- 0–3 years of experience of relevant experience in the investment industry, particularly within cross-border management companies, outsourced fund service providers, investment consulting firms, or professional service firms,
- Strong commitment to service excellence, coupled with analytical skills to synthesise information and summarise critical issues,
- Proactive attitude, collaborative mindset,
- Strong attention to detail,
- Proficiency in identifying and addressing situations using a risk-based methodology, along with the ability to devise creative solutions,
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
