Role Overview
They are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience managing IT projects exceeding HUF 100 million and a background in multinational corporate environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop accurate and detailed project plans, including resource planning, using Microsoft Project tools
- Manage the creation of business and technical concepts
- Define project organisation and assess required tools for execution
- Align and protect project scope during client discussions
- Coordinate and oversee the implementation of approved milestones and processes
- Maintain continuous communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- Lead projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies
- Prepare and update all necessary documentation
- Monitor project revenue and costs, providing regular updates to management
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in software development projects
- Proven track record of managing IT projects over HUF 100 million for multinational companies
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong organisational and administrative discipline
- Excellent problem-solving skills and flexibility within project constraints
- Assertive communication and negotiation skills
- Professional appearance for external meetings
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong English skills (spoken and written) – essential
- PMP certification or equivalent
