Our partner is a well-known brand in the aviation industry. The team in Budapest – which was founded 3 years ago, is rapidly growing, hence we are seeking our next colleague to join as an IT Business Analyst.

The IT Business Analyst (BA) focusses on the interpretation of business rules and requirements for technical systems. He/she supports the product team in achieving the maximum value potential of the product by ensuring the product is built according to the right requirements, driving user adoption and realising business process change.

The BA will work closely with business users internally, who are using the product, to identify their needs and interpret those to the development team. The BA also
Supports users in configuring the product to their needs where possible and participates in functional testing. Depending on the service level agreements (SLA), the Business Analyst can be asked to participate in consignation duties occasionally, in case 24/7 support is agreed.

You are the ideal candidate if you have:
  • Minimum 2 years' of Business Analyst experience
  • Advanced English language skills (we are working in an international team)
  • College degree or equivalent experience
  • SQL work experience (Microsoft or Oracle)
  • User acceptance testing experience
  • Confident knowledge of MS Office suite
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Python knowledge is an advantage.
