Hire-to-Retire Expert

HTR / Hire to Retire / HR Admin / HR support / People Services / SSC / Expert / SME
As the People Services Operations Expert you will be responsible to help establish and further develop the company’s People Services Operations service delivery team. You will be the part of a team of around 10 professionals and will be actively involved in transition of the positions to Hungary.

What you will do with us?

  • provide professional guidance to Senior and Junior colleagues within the HTR team
  • ensure data quality in the personnel system
  • ensure the recording, optimization and documentation of the entire personnel processes, if necessary, within the scope of projects and in cooperation with other departments, e.g: local HR
  • creating process documentation, drafting guides and policies
  • implementation of new legal requirements for the payroll department
  • further develop service delivery portfolio for people services team
  • collaborate closely with the team in Germany
  • involvement in the transition of tasks to Hungary
What you will bring with you?

  • around 5 years of professional experience
  • excellent English language skills (German or any other additional language skill is a plus)
  • strong background and understanding of HR services functions in an SSC environment
  • experience in transformation projects, process optimization and quality management is beneficial
  • experience in creation of process documents
  • ability to think systematically
  • ability to function and thrive in a new field and being able to set up new processes and teams
  • agile, 'can do' attitude
  • ability to cooperate within an international environment
  • excellent communication skills, strong commitment and motivation
