As the Head of Procurement & Logistics, you will lead the procurement function while remaining operationally hands‑on. You will develop and execute procurement strategies, manage sourcing for CAPEX and OPEX categories, oversee contracting activities, and negotiate high‑value agreements. You will work closely with production, drilling, engineering, and logistics teams, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement across all procurement processes.

You bring extensive experience in procurement within the oil and gas industry, strong negotiation and contract management skills, and deep knowledge of materials management and supplier markets. You operate proactively, communicate effectively, and can manage complexity in a fast‑paced environment. ERP proficiency, stakeholder management capabilities, and leadership potential are essential.
