Our leading partner company is looking for candidates for the German-speaking Proposal Support position in Budapest with hybrid work arrangements.

Responsibilities:
  • Support pricing activities and the proposal process
  • Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to propose the best solution for the partner
  • Take part in administrative tasks and keep contact with the client
  • Manage commercial and pre-sales activities

Requirements:
  • Fluent German and English language skills
  • High school degree, university degree is an advantage
  • 1 year experience in pre-sales, proposal management or administrative role
  • Openness to learn about IT, experience in IT sector is an advantage
  • Confident Excel knowledge, proactivity, excellent communication and problem-solving skills
