German speaking Account Service Coordinator role is open at our client who is prestigious multinational company, operating in the 9th district in Budapest.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with customers, external partners and suppliers
- Duties include managing daily services, managing escalations, and preparing reports.
- Supervising the accuracy of installations, device replacement management, problem-solving, consumables management, case reports.
- Monitoring and reporting of service and maintenance performance indicators
- Monitoring, tracking and managing the recycling of toner cartridges
- Placing and handling orders, replacing faulty parts, handling returns
- Confirming, monitoring and tracking the delivery and installation of equipment and supplies
You are the ideal candidate if:
- You have Fluent German and fluent English language knowledge
- You have minimum 4 years of experience in Customer Service (Communication with Enterprise level client) / Order Management / Supply chain / Incident Management or in another related role
- You have strong communication and analytical skills
- You have an agile and eager to learn personality
