Our multinational partner is a leading provider in crypto exchange, and the developer of its own e-wallet, giving millions access to crypto trading and decentralized crypto applications (dApps). Our partner is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. They are sponsoring such clubs as Manchester City or McLaren in F1.

They are now building their brand-new hub in Budapest and looking for colleagues with different set of language skills to join their Customer Service team.

The teams will support customers in various European languages (German, Italian, Dutch, Polish and French – and more to come) and ensure the smooth operation of the platform and the best possible user experience.

The job:

  • handling enquiries and issues from global customers in multiple languages through various channels, including email, phone but mainly live chat.
  • collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, such as product managers and the marketing team, to address complaints and feedback related to websites, products, platforms, and services, etc.
  • maintaining a strong understanding of company products to effectively communicate with customers in their preferred language.
  • escalating any queries or unresolved issues to Level 2 or specialized teams as directed by the operations management when they cannot be resolved within standard procedures.
