We are looking for a proactive and customer‑focused Customer Relations & Order Processing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the key link between our customers, sales team, quality, and supply chain team, ensuring smooth order handling, excellent communication, and a high level of service throughout the entire process.
Manage the full order‑to‑delivery process, including order entry, confirmation, tracking, and follow‑up
Maintain daily communication with customers regarding product availability, delivery dates, and order status
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and solution‑oriented manner
Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
Prepare and maintain customer records, reports, and documentation
Monitor stock levels and support forecasting activities
Support the sales team with quotations, product information, and administrative tasks
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and quality standards
Build and maintain strong, long‑term customer relationships
Bachelors degree
Fluent English speaking
Additional spoken languages: Serbian, Croatian, German, Italian
Previous experience in customer service, order processing, sales support, or a similar administrative role
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
High attention to detail and accuracy
Good command of English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP systems is a plus
