An English speaking Application Support Specialist position is open at our partner who is a leading provider of IT infrastructure services operating in Budapest.

Main Responsibilities

• Management of complex customer applications
• Resolve issues that the Service Desk cannot whilst providing fixes for issues that do not need to be directed to level 2 specialist support analysts
• Provide exceptional technical support, including troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly
• Support will be provided via phone, chat and web tickets
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize Oracle solutions

Requirements:

• Fluency in English
• At least 1 year of experience gained in Oracle / IT Support / SQL
• Problem-solving attitude and good communication skills
