We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our client’s Budapest office. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment where you’ll play a key role in supporting employees with their day-to-day IT needs.

As an IT Support Specialist, you will:

  • Provide on-site IT support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and managing IT equipment.
  • Handle IT onboarding and offboarding processes: device issuance for new joiners and coordination with HR for leavers.
  • Perform basic maintenance of office printers.
  • Support meeting room technology, including displays and Microsoft Teams-based video conferencing systems.
  • Provide basic support for network devices.
  • Manage service tickets using ServiceNow.
  • Assist with occasional light physical tasks (e.g. unpacking assets, receiving deliveries, organising electronic waste and warehouse items)

What you will need to succeed:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in IT user support.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.
