Service Desk Analyst with Slovenian and English Language Knowledge
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Service Desk Analyst with excellent Slovenian and English language skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in shifts to provide exceptional customer support to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat in both Slovenian and English languages.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.
- Document and escalate incidents and requests to higher-level support teams when necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding service level agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and support activities.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Slovenian and English languages, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a service desk or customer support role.
- Technical certifications
- Knowledge of remote desktop support tools and applications.
