Your contribution to something big
►As Regional Product Manager you take ownership of the whole lifecycle of heat pumps (air-to water, liquid to water, hot water heat pumps) and heat recovery ventilation
►Working as portfolio manager (road map, successor planning, complexity reduction) with strategic view (trends, legislation,…)
►You steer market launch processes for your products and countries making sure all steps in launch are taken in time according processes
►You take ownership in customer needs analysis, preparing business cases and business plans with the relevant markets in alignment with the business units.
►Furthermore, you are link between SEA region sales teams and central business units to deliver product gaps, market needs while providing product and price benchmarks and keeping market data database updated.
►You help sales teams to grow in new product areas
►Participate in market visits when needed to know situation in field and to know competition
►You monitor and report KPIs (turnover, profitability, prices, etc.) and take necessary action to achieve targets
►You cooperate with cross-functional divisions such as brand communication, logistics and after sales.
►General support for product related topics
Qualifications
What distinguishes you
►Education: graduation in a technical discipline, Master degree preferred
►Working style: structured and analytical
►Personality: good communication skills, self-driven and proactive, strategic thinking, able to negotiate, you understand and feel comfortable to work with foreign cultures and are able to travel internationally
►Experience and Know-how: min. 3 years of experience in Product Management of Heat Pumps with regional context (preferrable), deep market, customer and dedicated product knowledge
►Languages: able to negotiate in English, further Eastern European languages (i.e.:Romanian, Hungarian, etc.) an advantage
