• Develop accurate and detailed project plans, including resource planning, using Microsoft Project tools
• Manage the creation of business and technical concepts
• Define project organisation and assess required tools for execution
• Align and protect project scope during client discussions
• Coordinate and oversee the implementation of approved milestones and processes
• Maintain continuous communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
• Lead projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies
• Prepare and update all necessary documentation
• Monitor project revenue and costs, providing regular updates to management

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in software development projects
• Proven track record of managing IT projects over HUF 100 million for multinational companies
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong organisational and administrative discipline
• Excellent problem-solving skills and flexibility within project constraints
• Assertive communication and negotiation skills
• Professional appearance for external meetings

• Strong English skills (spoken and written) – essential
• PMP certification or equivalent
