Vendor Setup Associate (PTP)

PTP / Accounts Payable / Purchase to pay / Finance / Accounting / P2P / Procure to pay

Vendor Setup Associate position is open at our prestigious multinational partner, who has a modern Business Services Center in Budapest.


Responsibilities:

  • Precise and timely data entry of all new vendor additions and modifications
  • Verifying banking information to stop fraudulent payments
  • Validating tax withholding certificates
  • Conducting regular vendor analysis (e.g., monitoring vendor registration progress, duplicate vendor analysis).
  • Monitoring/answering email questions that come through the Vendor inbox


What you'll need to succeed :

  • Fluent English language knowledge
  • At least 1 year of experience in financial / customer support position
  • Bachelor’s degree (in Economics or Finance is an advantage)
  • Experienced in Microsoft Excel, Word
