A Transportation Sourcing Lead Specialist position is open at our partner, a global manufacturing company with international operations across the EMEA region.

Key responsibilities:

• End to end sourcing for Road Freight (FTL, LTL, groupage) and Parcel services across EMEA

• Leading regional RFQs/RFPs and supplier negotiations

• Driving cost optimization and managing rate cards and contracts

• Monitoring supplier performance and collaborating with internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in logistics sourcing or transportation procurement

• Strong knowledge of EMEA road freight and parcel markets

• Proven negotiation and analytical skills

• Experience in regional / international environments

• Fluent English
