Your Responsibilities
- Process training purchase transactions.
- Create and manage training orders.
- Address customer enquiries related to Training and Certifications, positioning courses, and learning paths.
- Handle help desk tickets submitted by learners regarding course purchases, registration, certification, and class experience.
- Enrol customers on a global schedule of training courses.
- Assist learners with front-end technical issues.
Qualifications for Success
- Customer service experience supports internal and external corporate processes.
- Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
- Flexibility to support European time zones.
- Ability to make decisions following established processes and policies.
- Proactive self-starter with excellent organisational skills.
