Software Solution Architect

Our international client in the aviation sector is modernising and integrating their technology landscape to support mission‑critical operations and deliver excellence across the organisation. To strengthen this transformation, we are looking for a full-time Solution Architect who can bridge business needs with technical vision—someone who combines deep engineering expertise with clear, confident communication.
In this role, you serve as the technical anchor within a multidisciplinary product team. You set the architectural direction, safeguard technical integrity, and help others understand the reasoning behind key decisions. You know when to take initiative, when to challenge, and how to make complex solutions both understandable and achievable.

What You’ll Do:
Solution Design
  • Design and document end‑to‑end solution architectures, with a strong focus on integrating SaaS products and services into a large enterprise ecosystem.
  • Deliver pragmatic, robust, and achievable designs that consider risks, dependencies, and security from the start.
Technical Leadership
  • Act as the technical conscience of the team, ensuring architectural choices are scalable, feasible, and compliant with enterprise standards.
  • Drive architectural decisions assertively and guide stakeholders through the technical implications of their choices.
Vendor & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Lead technical communication with vendors, enterprise architects, and internal IT teams to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Adapt your communication style to suit audiences ranging from engineers to business stakeholders.
Technical Translation
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable language for non‑technical audiences.
  • Bridge the gap between business goals and technical realities with empathy and clarity.
Project Lifecycle Ownership
  • Take full accountability for the technical design throughout the entire project lifecycle—from discovery and RFI/RFP participation to implementation and rollout.
  • Independently initiate and coordinate technical activities such as security reviews, network changes, and CI setup.

What You Bring:
  • Professional experience as a Software Engineer, Hardware Engineer, or similar technical role; architectural experience is a strong plus.
  • Hands‑on experience with software implementation projects, ideally involving SaaS integrations or system replacements.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to independently resolve or coordinate complex topics in a large enterprise environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to align business and technical perspectives.
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture concepts, including identity and access management (SAML, OIDC, SSO), API integrations, and networking fundamentals.
  • Assertive, proactive mindset with the ability to drive progress and make clear decisions autonomously.
  • Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, understandable language for diverse audiences.
  • Proven ownership of project outcomes and the ability to deliver within agreed timelines.
