Planner in Global Supply Chain


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement detailed planning standards and work processes.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to support best-in-class planning processes.
  • Manage daily/weekly planning and inventory levels.
  • Coordinate with various departments to optimize supply chain operations.
  • Drive performance metrics to improve supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the creation of end-to-end planning standards.
  • Assist in ERP standardization and integration of planning tools.
  • Train planners to build a high-performing planning organization.
  • Develop and execute short-term production schedules.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing sites, suppliers, and warehouses.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels and trends.
  • Plan transportation and distribution of products.
  • Track key performance indicators and present findings to senior management.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in supply chain planning or inventory management.
  • Proficiency in ERP and supply chain planning software (e.g., SAP).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
