Develop and implement detailed planning standards and work processes.
Collaborate with internal partners to support best-in-class planning processes.
Manage daily/weekly planning and inventory levels.
Coordinate with various departments to optimize supply chain operations.
Drive performance metrics to improve supply chain efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the creation of end-to-end planning standards.
Assist in ERP standardization and integration of planning tools.
Train planners to build a high-performing planning organization.
Develop and execute short-term production schedules.
Collaborate with manufacturing sites, suppliers, and warehouses.
Monitor and manage inventory levels and trends.
Plan transportation and distribution of products.
Track key performance indicators and present findings to senior management.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in supply chain planning or inventory management.
Proficiency in ERP and supply chain planning software (e.g., SAP).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
