Job description:

• Take over a role as SAP in-house expert in the area of intralogistics for the Power Tools Division warehouse locations e.g. local and regional distribution centers. This includes all warehouse related processes from goods receipt, put away, warehouse internal processes through to picking, packing, goods issue and shipping. Focus would be the integration of SAP and non-SAP warehouse management systems such as SAP-WM, SAP-EWM, SAP-IM and custom WM systems.
• Support IT projects and supply chain process improvement initiatives by defining business requirements, documenting processes and process changes, conducting tests, supporting key user trainings as well as providing user and process documentations.
• Contribute to a stable operational environment by supporting our key user community e.g. as third level support contact
• Closely collaborate with our IT-service providers, user departments and stakeholders.
• Secure a sustainable implementation and compliance of the process standards in our warehouses worldwide
• Monitor relevant key performance indicators, initiate and manage implementation and transformation programs to build or improve our processes
• Intensive communication, collaboration and change management in an international environment

What makes you the perfect candidate:

• Relevant university degree (Bsc) in Business Administration, Computer Science or Business Informatics, preferably focus on logistics
• Minimum 3 years work experience in consulting or industry, preferably consumer goods industry experience
• SAP R/3 knowledge in logistics modules e.g. SAP-LE, SAP-WM, SAP-IM.
• Experience in SAP implementation projects (e.g. as sub-project leader, key user or consultant)
• Supply Chain Management knowledge
• Project Management skills
• Ready to work in an international environment
• Good communication skills, fluent in English
• S/4HANA-EWM knowhow would be an advantage
