German Speaking Order Management Specialist

German Speaking Order Management Specialist position is open at our multinational client, who is operating a Shared Service Center in Budapest downtown.

Your new role

• Keeping continuous contact with customers via phone and e-mail in German/English language
• Acting as first point of contact to internal and external customers
• Creating and tracking customer orders
• Execution of administrative tasks, documentation
• Be able to work under pressure, to work in a team and to support team members

What you'll need to succeed

• Fluent English and German language knowledge
• At least 0,5 year of experience in customer service, order management or IT support
• Customer oriented, ambitious, dynamic personality
• Strong problem solving and communication skills
• University/College degree is preferred but not essential
