We are looking for a marketing coordinator for our pharmaceutical partner company.
Your responsibilities
  • Initiate and lead all the projects supporting execution of the BU strategy.
  • Support of implementation of the local marketing strategy for assigned products
  • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
  • Conducting, following and analyzing consumer rating reports/ questionnaires, measuring efficacy and success of business activities
  • Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)
  • Assist in the organization of promotional events, meetings, trainings and campaigns and attend them if needed to facilitate their success
  • Participation in developing original copy for social media platforms, websites and printed advertising materials
  • Understanding brand guidelines and consistently implementing the brand voice across all channels and marketing materials
  • Communicate directly with clients if it is needed for the professional project management
  • General market understanding, key market drivers.
  • Respect company goals in line with marketing plans and customer profiling in order to manage effective communications

What you need to succeed
  • High School diploma of Marketing, Business or relevant field is an advantage
  • Proficient level of English (written & spoken) is a must
  • 1-3 years of pharmaceutical industry experience is an advantage
  • Strong analytical capabilities, well organized and resourceful
  • Creative skills including writing, design and video editing is an advantage
  • Good teamworking skills, ability to think cross-functionally
  • Advanced IT skills, experience with digital marketing platforms
  • Knowledge of market research techniques and databases is an advantage
