Logistics Project Coordinator
Project Coordination/ Project Management/ Excel / Power BI/ Budapest/ Hybrid
We are looking for a Logistics Project Coordinator for our multinational partner in the industrial automation industry with a global presence. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
As a Project Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in managing our international projects.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate daily with clients, customers, and internal stakeholders to coordinate employee relocations across Europe.
- Partner with internal departments to effectively plan and manage service resources, material logistics, and deliveries.
- Generate and analyse reports on revenue recognition, workforce forecasting, resource capacity and utilisation, as well as project quality and profitability using Microsoft Power BI. Highlight key insights for Project Managers.
- Support project managers, solution engineers, and sales engineers by ensuring the accuracy and completeness of critical project data.
- Continuously develop skills to progressively take on project management responsibilities.
- Maintain and organise project documentation and databases to ensure efficient information management.
- Plan and schedule resources
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in Project Coordination
- BS or MS in engineering or business management field or equivalent experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Attention to detail, quality and accuracy
- Strong organisation and task management skills
- Desire to work collaboratively to meet team objectives
- Ability to multitask projects and opportunities in a dynamic and fast-moving industry
- Relevant professional and industry-specific certifications are an advantage.
- Experience in the materials handling industry is a significant plus.
- Additional language skills (German, French, Spanish, Italian) are highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with BI technologies (e.g. Microsoft Power BI).
- Strong background in Microsoft Office (Excel) skills with VBA language an advantage
