Your new role

• Invoice Processing – Reviewing, validating, and entering supplier invoices into the system.
• Reconciliation – Matching invoices with purchase orders and resolving discrepancies.
• Vendor Communication – Handling enquiries, resolving payment issues, and maintaining good relationships with suppliers.
• Reporting & Documentation – Supporting financial reporting, tracking expenses, and maintaining accurate records.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree
• 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting
• Fluency in English
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to Detail: accurate administrative skills
