Italian-speaking Service Desk agent

An Italian-speaking Service Desk Agent role is open at our client who is prestigious multinational company, operating in Budapest.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide remote support through different channels such as telephone, email, or chat.
  • Support our top customers using your specific language skills.
  • Troubleshoot IT-related issues and handle customer requests.
  • Take part in different projects
  • Communicate and pre-qualify on complex issues


Requirements
  • 0.5-3 years of experience in Technical Support / Service Desk position
  • Fluency in English and Italian
  • MS office skills
  • Ability to organize own and other’s workload
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
