An Order Manager role is open at our client who is prestigious multinational company, operating in the 9th district in Budapest.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the customer’s primary point of contact
  • Own customer issues, from start to finish
  • Manage the inquiry to invoice process
  • Optimize business margin contribution throughout inquiry to cash cycle
  • Gain knowledge of customer business and document insights in CRM
  • Maintain all relevant customer-related master data

You are the ideal candidate if:
  • You have fluent Italian and fluent English language knowledge
  • You have experience in Customer Service (Communication with Enterprise level client) / Order Management / Supply chain / Incident Management or in another related role
  • The company is also open to Fresh Grads!
  • You have strong communication and analytical skills
  • You have an agile and eager to learn personality
