Our client is a prestigious multinational company with a significant global presence is currently looking for a Service Desk Team Leader to lead their growing team in Budapest. The support window for this project is between 7.00 am – 19.00 pm.
As a Service Desk Team Leader you will be responsible for:
- Managing the 1st level Service Desk team (7+ people)
- Monitoring the team member’s KPI’s and performance
- Supporting the team in providing high quality customer experience
- Conducting team meetings and maintaining team communication
- Participating in new hire interviewing and the candidate selection process
- Preparing consolidated daily / weekly / monthly reports
- Supporting and initiating continuous improvement process
To be considered as an ideal candidate, you are required to have:
- 1-2 year of experience in Service Desk / Customer Support Team Leading
- Excellence in English AND German is a must
- Strong customer-oriented attitude
- Collaboration skill
