German-speaking order to cash representative

Our multinational partner, who is a leader in textile manufacturing solutions, is looking for talented professionals to join its growing project in Győr.

If you have gained experience in Customer Service or Order Management, then this is the perfect opportunity for you!

The job

  • Constant contact with customers (mostly by e-mail)
  • Recording, scheduling and follow-up of orders from customers
  • Continuous monitoring of the order stock, coordination with production planning, management of necessary feedback
  • Continuous cooperation with the European sales and production planning department
  • Maintenance of customer master data, documentation of changes
  • Cultivating customer relationships, increasing customer satisfaction
  • Preparation of delivery documentation for customers outside the EU
  • Handling customer complaints and comments, supporting the customer complaint handling process
  • Coordination of deliveries
  • Cooperation with partner areas within the company

About you

  • Excellent German and English language skills
  • EU citizen or have an active residence permit in Hungary
  • Higher education
  • 1–4 years of experience in a multinational corporate environment
  • Independent, accurate work, proactive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confident use of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Experience with business-to-business customers is preferred
