Our prestigious multinational partner who is a leader in it’s field, is looking for a talented, experienced professional to join its growing Budapest project.


If you gained experience in Administrative then this the perfect opportunity for you!
The company provides a professional working environment for fresh graduates as well, and they can offer the chance to build up a career. This part-time opportunity involves 20 hours per week.


Main responsibilities:


  • Manage and control administrative processes
  • Keep the database up to date
  • Managing customer data, including deletion and modification in internal systems.
  • Handling of complaint letters
  • Preparation of various reports based on the requests of the sales department
  • Setting up and supporting digital campaigns
  • Participation in sales campaigns
  • Making presentations



Required skills:
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools
  • Excellent communication and problem solution skills


This is a 20 hours/week opportunity!
