Our leading global Customer Service partner is expanding its Budapest Shared Service Centre and looking for an experienced Manager who can ensure outstanding customer service delivery in an international environment.
Main responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with international internal teams and partner countries in German and English.
Act as a leader of leaders, managing the Team and supporting the Team Lead.
Maintain a full operational overview, ensuring consistent performance across the team.
Oversee complex customer cases and escalations, ensuring high-quality resolution.
Apply strong customer service expertise to enhance customer experience and service quality.
Requirements:
Fluency in German and English
Experience in customer service is a must
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work effectively across cross-functional and multicultural teams
