Our leading IT provider partner company is looking for a French-speaking Sales Order Management Specialist in Budapest with hybrid working option.
Main responsibilities:
Order tracking, resolution of issues and queries
Daily communication with customers, vendors and other departments
Process orders, participate in pricing and invoicing
Contribution to maintain and increase the customer satisfaction level
Requirements:
High school diploma
Fluency in French and English
0-2 years' experience in order management or logistics or buying or internal sales
Customer centered mindset and excellent communication skills
