French speaking Project Coordinator role is open at our client who is stable, multinational company, operating in the 9^th district in Budapest.

Responsibilities:

There are large projects at the company, during what hundreds or thousands of machines have to be delivered to clients and put into operation.

Such projects have dedicated Project Managers, whose work must be supported by the Project Coordinators.

The tasks include monitoring orders, checking stock, monitoring delivery process to ensure the products arrive in time to the clients, performing project administration tasks, maintaining contact with the shipping company, clients, and technicians who install the machines.

You are the ideal candidate if:

• You have Fluent French and fluent English language knowledge
• You have minimum 2 years of experience in Project Coordination / Order Management / Supply Chain or in another related role
• You have strong communication and organization skills
