We are hiring for our partner who is building a new, fast-growing SSC hub and are looking for a Financial Reporting Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to shape processes, drive standardization, and contribute to a dynamic and evolving environment.

Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end delivery of group and country-level reporting packages in line with defined timelines and governance standards
  • Ensure standardized reporting structures across countries, aligned with central guidelines
  • Coordinate data collection, validation, and consolidation processes
  • Prepare clear, structured, and stakeholder-friendly reports with consistent KPIs
  • Support business teams with reliable reporting, enabling deeper analysis and business partnering
  • Develop and maintain reporting templates, tools, and frameworks
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reconciliation across entities
  • Lead and develop a team of financial reporting specialists
  • Drive continuous improvement, automation, and efficiency initiatives

Requirements
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Fluent English skills (written and spoken)
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in financial reporting or controlling
  • Proven people management experience
