Expert Sales Direct

Purpose:

• Active sales of fuels in our partner's product and customer service in the sales area of ISM (Industrial Sales & Marketing)
• Monitor performance, support and advice existing partners
• Actively acquire new customers
• Efficient implementation of product and marketing strategies

Key Responsibilities:

•To ensure fulfillment of the defined objectives (sales volumes, net margin, EBIT, cost, etc.)

with accompanying controlling

• To increase number of supervised and new customers

• To increase number of cross-selling customers (percentage of customers with more than

two OMV products)

• Maximize profit

• Prevent default

• Ensuring high quality of customer service

• Promote customer satisfaction

• To ensure compliance with laws, rules, instructions, circulars, operating agreements, Risk

Management

• Necessary sales and product expertise, including for cross-selling

• Close coordination / cooperation with management and ID

• Personal and commercial management of the actual customer

• Acquisition of new customers and cross selling potentials

• Contract negotiations

• Price negotiations until the specified Pouvoir

• Risk management: provision of collateral (e.g. bank guarantee)

• Balances responsibility up to the specified limit

• Sales of all OMV products range

• Market monitoring (competitor information)

• Development and maintenance of key market and customer information (e.g. potential

customers)

• Active participation and involvement in marketing campaigns to promote the sales

activities

• Handling customer master data including potential update

• Dealing with complaints management

• Technical advice

• Compliance with the rule for reporting

Requirements:

• Fluent in spoken and written Hungarian

• Proven experience in sales or customer support

• Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship management skills

• Self-starting character with independent working style

• Willingness to deliver results and to influence decision processes

• Stress resistance

• Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically

• Category B driving license

• Language skills: B2 / C1 in English

• Computer literacy: good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• University or college degree
