Responsibilities
- Be the informed, knowledgeable expert on Continental Europe sites, ensuring pages and content are up-to-date and compliant.
- Assess, solve, or escalate risks and blockers that may impact the performance of the sites.
- Own the day-to-day prioritisation of tasks and initiatives related to Continental Europe sites.
- Utilize Site Improve to conduct regular site audits and proactively remove old or irrelevant pages.
- Provide support and assistance to the Continental Europe sites, addressing their specific needs.
- Understand and improve the performance of sites across digital practices through monthly data reporting and weekly data monitoring.
- Ensure that all sites are optimised for search engines and adhere to ADA compliance standards.
- Lead or co-lead campaign rollouts to three or more markets, ensuring successful execution.
- Support individual campaign web delivery and assist the digital team in product rollouts.
- Project manage unique and significant projects such as site migrations, new site builds, and new site launches.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing digital sites and driving performance optimization.
- Strong knowledge of website management, including content updates, compliance, and risk assessment.
- Project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
- Excellent organizational and prioritisation abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using Site Improve or similar tools for site auditing and optimization.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in ABM strategy development and web optimization is a plus.
