Digital Data and Performance Manager
We are looking for an experienced Digital Data and Performance Manager, passionate about digital data & technology.
Your tasks & responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Cluster and Local digital teams to translate Regional and Cluster strategies and frameworks into efficient and effective media plans with the right KPI-set to track and to drive fast data-based decisions for our brands.
- Define, organize, and track media & digital measurement framework for earned, owned, and paid channels across efficiency, quality, and effectiveness.
- In partnership with local teams and media agency partners, drive consumer data agenda across 1st, 2nd, 3rd party data segments, incl. data collection, audience segmentation, data partnerships, etc.
- Proactively seek connection between different databases to enable end-users to make better strategic decisions (e.g. bigger commercial and marketing potential, stronger customer value).
- Guide business with leading / lagging indicators as well promoting outcome-based mindset and advise on its operational application with meaningful insights.
- Maintain understanding of the latest data & Mar-tech/AdTech (e.g. Google tech. stack, META data, Drupal, DCO etc.) opportunities and trends.
- In collaboration with the Creative & Content Lead and Local Digital Managers, regular review of media performance and provide creative optimization recommendations.
- Partner with other cluster media & data leads, to share best-practices, explore collaboration opportunities etc.
- Identify innovative digital and data analytics improvements to enhance the digital capabilities and self-service analytics.
- Train & upskill local market teams on data driven marketing across media, data, and tech.
Who you are:
- Educated to degree standard: higher education, university degree.
- 7+ years of experience in a strategic media handling role with a minimum 5+ years of sound professional experience in Digital marketing with solid track record of success or similar experience in an agency environment, preferably for Consumer Health or FMCG brands.
- Previous media agency experience or intense collaboration with agencies is a must.
- Thorough understanding of media landscape, digital platforms; knowledge of all areas of media buying and planning (digital/biddable), and media analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Good understanding of key existing and emerging AdTech & MarTech landscape and its application in media strategies. Knowledge and use of Datastudio/LookerStudio, Tableau, PowerBI, Google Analytics, DCO, META is preferred.
- Experience developing and implementing consumer data approach (across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data sources) in campaign strategy incl. segmentation and creative personalization.
- Understanding of various media measurement approaches (e.g. MMM, attribution etc.) and digital analytic tools.
- Experience with eCommerce is a plus.
- Ability to drive change: upskill and transmit digital knowledge and mindset and lead toward data-driven organization.
- Strong inter-personal and communication skills (written and oral), able to persuade and influence others through personal credibility and assertiveness, capable to adapt to audience specifics.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Strong agile project management skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Result-driven working style as well as proven project management skills.
- Must be curious, ambitious, and hungry for constant growth.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
