Our partner, who has one of the most determining IT services globally, is looking for talented and enthusiastic colleagues for brand new projects. The company has a Shared Service Center in Budapest from where throughout many areas employees are providing valuable support and innovation for business thriving.

Your new role

  • Acting as a first point of contact, providing technical guidance to the supported client
  • Managing calls and handling incoming requests via different tools
  • Handling administrative duties on a daily basis and registering, following up on reported cases
  • Regularly cooperating with L2 Teams on complex issues
  • Taking part in customer experience’s improvement

What you'll need to succeed

  • Confident Czech, Slovak and English language skills
  • Willingness to broaden your knowledge in the field of IT
  • Excellent communication skills and customer-focused mindset
  • Relevant experience can be an advantage
