Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate daily bank account
• Determine cash applications using wire information, customer aging reports, and lockbox check information.
• Daily entry of cash into the PRISM billing system and SAP system
• Maintain and update lockbox and wire logs so that different groups can access them.
• Reconcile logs maintained to bank lockbox/wire information.
• Providing assistance with the customer invoices' monthly distribution.
• Prepare cash logs

What you'll need to succeed :

• Fluent English language knowledge
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar financial position
• Bachelor’s degree in economics or finance
• Experience in Microsoft Excel, Word
