At Rolls-Royce Hungary around 100 super-skilled and bold engineers work on the development of electrical technology for power and propulsion solutions of tomorrow. The team competences include the design, manufacturing, test and industrialization of novel electrical machines, power electronics, energy storage, embedded control, and system integration. We assemble and test prototypes in our modern labs, on ground and in real flight environment. While we challenge physical boundaries as we develop our cutting-edge products, efficient project management, quality, innovation, and safety dance in cohesion at everything we work on.

This position is Budapest based.

  • Developing new-in-category hardware for state-of-the-art aviation control units
  • Creating schematics and layouts of low power circuits based on requirements and design standards and review your colleagues’ work
  • Having regular exchange sessions with the Hungarian and international project teams to find solutions for complex technical challenges
  • Participating on scrum meetings with your hardware team

You may be the BEST FIT in our Team if

You HAVE :

  • Minimum of BSc degree in electrical engineering
  • Low power design knowledge and familiar with design ensurance verification in safety-critical embedded system development
  • Analog and digital design experience and understanding the importance of signal and power integrity
  • An exploratory yet result oriented mindset
  • Experience in hardware measurements using laboratory equipment
  • Practice in using PCB design programs (Altium Designer is preferred) and in electronic circuit simulator programs (LTspice is preferred)
