Your new role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the development and launch of our Partner's platform. The candidate will be responsible for turning the founder’s vision into a structured plan, coordinating outsourced development teams, ensuring timely delivery, and overseeing the creation of a scalable product.
Translate business vision and requirements into clear technical and functional specifications.

• Plan, coordinate, and manage the development process with outsourced teams and contractors.
• Build project timelines, milestones, and budgets.
• Oversee integration of core logistics features: booking system, carrier registration, warehouse management, customs broker modules, multimodal routing, and AI-based tools.
• Manage risks, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication between developers, designers, logistics experts, and stakeholders.
• Track KPIs and ensure product quality meets standards.
• Prepare regular progress reports for the founder and stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed
Education: Degree in Project Management, Business, IT, Logistics, or related field.

• Experience:
Minimum 5 years in project management
(preferably in logistics, SaaS, marketplace, or complex IT systems).
• Methodologies: Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
• Languages:
Fluent in English
(C1 level or higher). Russian/Hungarian is an advantage.
• Skills:
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience working with outsourced/remote development teams.
• Familiarity with logistics platforms, ERP/CRM integrations, and AI tools is a plus.
